I’m Victoria Tedesco, over the past ten years, I’ve dedicated myself to exploring and teaching yoga, reiki, and sound healing in Park City, Utah.

My Story
My practice is deeply inspired by the principles found in Masaru Emoto’s Hidden Messages in Water, which has profoundly influenced my approach to healing and wellness.

Masaru Emoto’s groundbreaking work demonstrates how water responds to positive and negative influences, reflecting the impact of our thoughts, emotions, and intentions. This concept resonates deeply, as it underscores the interconnectedness of our bodies, minds, and the world around us. Understanding that our bodies are composed largely of water has led me to integrate these insights into my work as a yoga teacher, Reiki healer, and sound therapist. From this place of understanding Emoto’s work, Holy Water Healing Arts was formed.

When I’m not guiding others on their healing journeys, I enjoy the humbling attitudes of my two cats and traveling with my husband.
