What to expect:
A typical yoga session will be from 75-90 minutes long, offering one-on-one or group classes.
For 1:1 sessions, props, blankets, and a mat will be provided for the student unless they have their own. For large groups that don’t have their own supplies, will need to rent or borrow from a studio.
The session begins with pranayama breath work, progresses through body warm-ups, dynamic movements, longer holds, and concludes with a relaxing savasana and a brief 3-5 minute meditation with a provided mantra. Participants leave feeling refreshed and revitalized, with enhanced awareness of their pranic energy and improved flexibility. This approach is ideal for both individuals looking to deepen their practice and groups seeking a shared experience, fostering a profound connection with oneself and impactful awareness in all areas of life.
